Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every purchase you make from Anje Jewels ("we", "us"). Anje Jewels is operated by TUĞBERK URGANCI, Türkiye. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and prices

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include free shipping to Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

2. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price shown was a clear error, and we will refund any payment you have made.

3. Payment

We currently accept payment by international bank transfer in USD. The bank details are shown after you place your order. Your order is processed once we have received the full amount.

4. Shipping and returns

Please read our Shipping policy and Refund policy. They form part of these terms.

5. Caring for your jewellery

Our jewellery is made of stainless steel and gold-plated materials. Plating and finishes can wear over time with normal use. To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with perfume, chemicals and long exposure to water, and store it dry.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
