Shipping policy

Anje Jewels ships to customers in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once we have received your payment.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 9–14 days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs clearance, public holidays and carrier delays.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Where your order ships from

Our products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties or taxes, if any, are set by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery address

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We cannot be responsible for parcels returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after the dispatch date, contact us by replying to your order confirmation email with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a refund.
